Eimor Customs has given the Royal Enfield Electra a military-style tactical touch in their latest project, ‘Johnnie’. Royal Enfield initially started off with manufacturing guns. After it moved on to motorcycles, it played an important role for the British when it comes to military motorcycles.

Eimor Customs have transformed a 2007 Royal Enfield Electra into a World War II themed machine. To begin with, they have sprayed glossy Olive on the bodywork, and powder-coated the powertrain and cycle parts in black. The custom house has used telescopic fork with gaiters and twin rear gas-charged shock absorbers. The front and rear spoke wheels are shod with 4.25×18” big block, MRF Moto C tyres.

Furthermore, they have used a 1950’s style round headlight nacelle, and retro-looking rectangular indicators. Eimor has used an old Smith’s speedometer and Lucas amp meter. The handlebar is from standard Bullet and so are the mirrors. The bike features a wooden carrier behind the vintage-style leather sprung-seat, which doubles up as a frame for the pillion seat. They have used hand-polished dried teak wood for the pillion seat frame. The tank pads are wooden as well. The brass highlights on the fender and fork further accentuates the vintage appeal.

The military-style butterfly crash guard holds a fog lamp on the right and bottle holder on the left. They have also installed a military-grade petrol canister and an ammunition box which serves as a first aid and utility box. They have been fastened with custom-made genuine leather belts.
