Tata Motors has officially launched the Nexon XZ.
Aimed at bridging the gap between the XT and XZ+ grades, the petrol and diesel
variants of the Tata Nexon XZ cost INR 7,99,000 and INR 8,99,000 (ex-showroom
Delhi) respectively.
The highlights of the Tata Nexon XZ’s features list
include floating dashtop touchscreen with Android Auto support, reverse parking
camera, projector headlights, height adjustable driver’s seat and seatbelts,
voice command, 4 tweeters, and day/night IRVM. It also gets multiple driving
modes, electric folding rear view mirrors, rear AC vents, and a cooled
glovebox.
When compared with the top-end XZ+ trim, XZ misses
out on LED DRLs, alloy wheels, centre console with front armrest and tambour
sliding door, rear centre armrest, 60:40 split folding rear seat, front fog
lamps with cornering assistance, rear fog lamp, rear defogger, and smart key
with push-button start.
The Tata Nexon XZ diesel is cheaper than the XZ+ by
INR 43,193 while there is a difference of INR 58,158 between the ex-showroom
Delhi price of the petrol XZ+ and XZ trims. Tata Motors has announced that it
will hike prices across its range April 1, 2018, onwards. This price increase
will not apply to the XZ grade.
