Built to explore, the Scrambler S is best
experienced in the dirt. Vintage Electric says it is styled from the outlaw era
when motorcycles evolved from the pavement to the dirt. The matte-black bike
has a rugged, hydroformed aluminum frame and an inverted suspension fork. The
yellow LED headlamp is mesh-protected and it rides on Schwalbe knobby tires.
The nostalgic-styled Scrambler S has a 1123
watt-hour lithium battery enclosed in Vintage Electric’s signature aluminum
battery box. Vintage Electric says the battery has a max range of a claimed 75
miles and top speed of 36 mph (in optional race mode). It has a thumb-throttle
and five levels of pedal assist.
MSRP is listed at US$ 6,995.
