The facelifted Nissan Murano will go on sale across
the U.S. this Thursday, with a choice of four trim levels, boasting several
updates over the previous iteration. Pricing for the base Murano S
starts at US$ 31,270 with front-wheel drive, and US$ 32,870 with all-wheel drive,
without the US$ 1,045 destination and handling fee. Next comes the Murano SV, from US$ 34,440 and US$ 36,040, respectively, followed by the SL and Platinum, which cost US$ 39,230 and US$ 40,830 with FWD, and US$ 43,530 and US$ 45,120 with AWD, respectively.
All trim levels are powered by the same 3.5-liter
DOHC V6 engine, which is carried over from the pre-facelifted version. It still
makes 260 hp and 325 Nm of torque, and works in
conjunction with an Xtronic transmission.
Standard gear across the range includes an 8-inch
infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Murano SL and
above grades add a navigation system with improved graphics, among others.
Those looking to spec the 2019 Nissan Murano with
even more equipment, can order the SV Premium Package with power panoramic
moonroof, Bose sound system and 360-degree camera system. The SL Technology
package is another optional extra, which adds the power panoramic moonroof, Traffic
Sign Recognition and Safety Shield 360 technology.
Elsewhere, buyers should expect more color options,
new wheels, more interior trim and various driving safety assistance features,
in addition to the freshened exterior design that comes with the facelift.
