Landwind has
been hard at work expanding its range, and the first images of its latest SUV
model have just emerged online thanks to Autohome. As Landwind has yet
to officially launch the vehicle in question, not even disclosing its name,
many key details about it remain unknown.
Nevertheless, this images of an
undisguised pre-production model reveal both interior and exterior designs
radically different to those of previous Landwind models.
Viewed from the
front, you’ll immediately notice a pair of thin daytime running lights and a
mammoth front grille that somewhat reminds us of the new Chevrolet Blazer.
Located directly below the running lights are the main headlight units which
include the turn signals and high beams, whereas even lower you’ll find the fog
lights.
The crossover
pictured is painted in a dark shade of plum which certainly isn’t the most
desirable color imaginable. Fortunately, the paint has been offset nicely by
silver window surrounds, B-pillars, and C-pillars. As for the rear, it adopts a
pair of simple taillights and dual tailpipes.
Spy shots of the
SUV’s interior show off a large infotainment screen, flat-bottom steering
wheel, two-tone leather, and a number of silver accents. It remains unclear when
this new Landwind will be launched or arrive in dealerships across China, and
whether it will be sold outside its home market.
