Hyundai has made the i30 N Line range more
affordable with the introduction of a new base model in the United Kingdom. It’s priced from £ 19,995 and uses a 1.0-liter turbo-three engine, with a six-speed
manual gearbox. The 120 PS and 171 Nm of torque
produced, provide it with a 0-100 km/h time of 11.1 seconds and a
190 km/h top speed.
Just like the i30 N Line powered by the 140 PS 1.4-liter engine, the new addition to the lineup has specific
exterior styling. Included here are the exclusive bumpers, N Line badging, twin
exhaust pipes, body-colored door handles, gloss black side mirror casings and
smaller 17-inch wheels with Michelin tires.
Inside, this version of the compact hatchback has an
N branded steering wheel and gearshift lever, N Line sports cloth seats and
black headlining. The infotainment system with 8-inch touchscreen display, DAB
radio, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as the reversing camera, cruise
control with speed limiter and keyless entry&go are standard.
The new N Line 1.0-GDi variant
features Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure
Warning, Driver Attention Alert and Hill Start Assist Control.
With the addition of this trim level, the number of
i30 N Line variants has gone up to five – this including the 1.4-liter T-GDi
with either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT, and the N Line + with the same
transmission options.
