FCA has launched the Sub Zero Package for the Ram 1500 Classic. A Canada-exclusive, it’s been designed to make winter driving more pleasant and adds a CAD 1,495 premium to the pickup truck’s sticker price.

Available for the ST, Tradesman and Express grades, the Sub Zero Package adds a bunch of features such as heated front seats, leather-wrapped heated steering wheel and remote start.


The 10-way, electrically adjustable driver’s seat with two-way power lumbar adjustment, overhead console, 115V power outlet, Uconnect 3 infotainment system with 5-inch touchscreen display, SiriusXM satellite radio with free one-year subscription, hands-free communication and security alarm are also standard.


Pricing for the 2019 Ram 1500 Classis starts at CAD 26,179 for the ST and goes up to CAD 35,975 for the Warlock. The 2019 Ram 1500, on the other hand, kicks off from CAD 32,84 for the Tradesman and maxes out at a minimum of CAD 61,045 in the Limited. The base trim level is powered by the brand’s 3.6-liter, Pentastar V6 that’s hooked up to an 8-speed auto and comes with air conditioning, reversing camera, heavy-duty vinyl front bench seat and others.
