Suzuki has launched
the 2019 Suzuki GSX250R in Japan at JPY 527,040. The new model
costs JPY 5,38,920 in the MotoGP Replica colour option. The MY2019 update
hasn't led to a price hike.
The 2019 Suzuki
GSX250R comes in new Crystal Blue Metallic-Pearl Nevlar Black and Pearl Gresher
White-Pearl Nevlar Black colour options. The MotoGP Replica colour (Triton Blue
Metallic) gets a change in graphics while the solid Pearl Nevlar Black colour
option has been retained.
Powering the 2019
Suzuki GSX250R is a 248 cc SOHC, twin-cylinder engine which promises strong
performance at low and mid-engine speeds. Coupled to a 6-speed gearbox, the
engine can produce 24 PS of power and 22 Nm of torque. Besides that, he bike
tips the scales at 178 kg and the ground clearance has been pegged at 160 mm.
The Suzuki GSX250R
is suspended over standard telescopic fork up front and a monoshock in the
rear. Braking duties are administered by disc brakes. The fuel tank can store
15 litres of petrol and the seat height has is an accessible 790 mm. The new
colour options are expected to be introduced in the US and European market in
the next few months. The features list includes an LED headlamp and tail lamp,
all-digital instrument cluster with a gear position indicator and shift light,
IRC tyres, clip-on handlebar and split seats.

White-Pearl Nevlar Black colour options will begin on 18 July. Also, the new
MotoGP replica edition will be available from 26 July 2019.
