The 2019 facelift of the Toyota Yaris L mini-hatchback has leaked online via official photos required by the China Patent Office. The car, which will retail on the domestic market, sports new headlights, radiator grille and bumpers.

The technical specifications stay the same: the car still ships with a choice between a 1.3-liter engine (99 hp) and its 1.5-liter counterpart (107 hp). Transmission choices include manual and CVT, and the model comes front-driven in both versions.

The options list is quite extensive for a vehicle of this class and incorporates safety airbags (from 2 to 7 pcs), an anti-lock brake system, an engine start-and-go button, a car stereo, an air conditioner, a roll stabilization system, a multimedia center and 15-inch wheels.

The launch is scheduled for the coming autumn.
