Li-ions Spock electric two-wheeler for delivery
services and logistics has been launched in India at a starting price of
₹ 65,000 and goes all the way up to ₹ 99,999 (on-road). Li-ions Elektrik
Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the Gurugram-based manufacturer, said the electric
two-wheeler is aimed at enabling environmental-friendly transport solutions for
first-and-last-mile logistics. It added that the Li-ions Spock electric
two-wheeler is a result of extensive research in the market of electric
vehicles capable of providing green mobility solutions.
Li-ion Spock comes powered by a 2.9kWh lithium-ion
swappable battery and BLDC Hub motor that offers a peak power of 2.1kW and
continuous power of 1.2 kW with 230 Nm of torque. The scooter is available with
three driving modes, namely, Economy, Power, and Reverse and can achieve a
maximum speed of 45 km/h. Riding on 12-inch wheels with tubeless tyres, Spock,
the company claims, offers comfortable seating and driving position. This two-wheeler
is capable of a driving range of 50 km - 130 km per charge. It must be noted
that the Spock electric two-wheeler can be completely charged within four
hours, for a total of 1,200 charging cycles of the battery.
Li-ion Spock's list of features includes bike-like
handlebars, factory-fitted rear cargo box with thermal insulation, hydraulic
suspensions, and integrated turn indicators in the tail light. The company said
the two-wheeler's delivery will start some time later this month.
