Mercedes-Benz has taken the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show by storm with a range of electric vehicles from their new EQ sub-brand. One of them is the EQV, a zero-emission version of the V-Class. Presented online last month, the EQV is now ready to greet customers at the event, flaunting its visual makeover that’s very similar to the study that we saw earlier this year. Blink and you might miss the changes that mostly concern the front end, although there’s also a reworked rear bumper and less colorful wheels.

With room for up to 9 occupants, the interior is extremely customizable and can be fitted with individual or bench rear seats. Mercedes has added the new MBUX infotainment system with a 10-inch display, while further communication with the vehicle can be done remotely, as users will be able to pre-heat or pre-cool the cabin and set a destination and departure time.

Depending on how big the family is, the EQV is offered in two different lengths. The 5,140 mm  variant has a 3,200 mm wheelbase, and the 5,370 mm  model’s wheelbase is a whole 230 mm longer.

With the 90 kWh lithium-ion battery fully charged, the zero-emission MPV has a maximum range of 405 km. It supports 110 kW fast charging, so filling it up from 10 to 80 percent takes 45 minutes. Performance is not bad either, with the EQV being able to reach a top speed of 160 km thanks to the 204 PS and 362 Nm front-mounted electric motor.
