The facelifted Mercedes-Benz GLC and GLC Coupe have arrived in Australia in eight different configurations. The lineup starts with the AUD 66,100 (US$ 44,913) GLC 200, which is powered by a 194 HP and 320 Nm of torque 2.0-liter turbo-four and is available with 2WD.

It packs LED headlights, Agility Control suspension, 19-inch wheels, Artico upholstery, dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, MBUX infotainment, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and others. Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, Traffic Sign Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, 360-degree camera system and Parktronic are offered as well.


The GLC 300 4Matic SUV and Coupe are available at AUD 77,700 (US$ 52,795) and AUD 87,700 (US$ 59,590), respectively, and use a 255 HP and 370 Nm 2.0-liter, four-pot paired to a 9-speed auto and all-wheel drive.

Choosing this grade will get you 20-inch wheels, Dynamic Body Control, rear privacy glass, MultiBeam LED headlights with adaptive high beams and Driver Assist Package with Active Steering, Active Braking with Cross-Traffic Function, Evasive Steering, Active Lane Keeping and Changing, Active Blind Spot, Pre-Safe Plus and active cruise control. The AMG Line exterior and interior enhancements round up the offering.
              

Priced at AUD 80,400 (US$ 54,630), the GLC 300e 4Matic SUV is a PHEV that combines a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor, backed up by a 13.5 kWh battery, for a total output of 315 HP and 700 Nm of torque. Equipment specs are shared with the GLC 300 4Matic.

Next in the lineup are the GLC 43 4Matic SUV and Coupe, from AUD $109,900 (US$ 74,675) and AUD 117,400 (US$ 79,771), respectively. They’re powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 with 385 HP and 520 Nm of torque, which are channeled to all four wheels via a 9-speed auto transmission.


The AMG Ride Control+ suspension, AMG speed-sensitive sports steering and AMG sports brakes, alongside an AMG-specific exterior look, 20-inch wheels and panoramic glass roof on the SUV and glass sunroof on the Coupe are standard. Inside, the automaker has added leather upholstery, illuminated front door sill panels with ‘AMG’ lettering, head-up display, 3-stage heated front seats with memory settings and Burmester audio.

Sitting at the top of the range are the AMG GLC 63 4Matic+ SUV and Coupe, which start at AUD 161,000 (US$ 109,396) and AUD 168,100 (US$ 114,220), respectively. They are powered by a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 that churns out 503 HP and 700 Nm of torque, matched to the 9-speed auto and AWD with variable torque distribution. They also pack a sports exhaust system, rear limited-slip differential, high-performance braking and active dynamic engine mounts. Moreover, with the top-of-the-line AMG exterior add-ons, 21-inch rims, Nappa leather and Dinamica microfiber, you won’t confuse them with anything else.
