Lamborghini’s first ever hybrid supercar will bear
the moniker Sian FKP 37. That is in honor of the late Ferdinand K. Piëch, who
was born in 1937 (and passed away just a couple of weeks ago), masterminded the
VW Group for many years, served as Audi‘s Chairman of the board from 1993 to
2002 and was instrumental in the brand’s acquisition of the Italian supercar
maker back in 1998. Only 63 units of the Sian FKP 37 are to be produced, at a price of
more than 2 million euros (US$ 2.21 million) plus taxes. Unfortunately for
interested parties, all have already been spoken for.
Apart from the new moniker, nothing has changed. The
Sian is powered by a mild-hybrid powertrain comprised of a 48-volt 34 HP
electric motor and a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 with a combined output
of 808 HP that allows for a 0-100 km/h sprint in less than
2.8 seconds.
Lamborghini’s 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show stand also
features dedicated areas for its Ad Personam and client specs lounges, as well
as a special display of Alcantara materials. Visitors will be able to see two
Ad Personam renditions of the Huracan EVO Spyder and Coupe, as well as the
updated Urus.
For the 2020MY, Lambo’s SUV now feature soft-closing
doors as standard, as well as new connected services such as Private e-Call and
Online Roadside Assistance. The Italian crossover being displayed is painted in
Blu Eleos and boasts the new Chrome Package, with an entirely Bianco Polar
leather interior – or, in plain English, white leather seats, lower parts, roof
lining, carpeting, seat belts etc.
As for the two Huracan EVOs, the Spyder boasts a
Rosso Epona exterior with black Narvi wheels and Rosso Andra leather inside,
while the Coupe wears Viola Mithras on the outside, the same wheels as the
Spyder, but features black leather and Alcantara inside, with bronze leather
details and violet stitching.
