Lumma Design has just released a restyled and performance-tuned version of the BMW X7, dubbed the Lumma CLR X7. The highlight of the package comes in the form of a brand-new aerodynamic kit that includes wheel arch extensions (+50mm both left and right), sportier bumpers and a new hood cover.

Moving on to the rear, there is a restyled diffuser, a carbon-fiber wing and a special exhaust system with 100mm finishers. The CLR X7 rides on enormous 24-inch wheels and tires that measure 295mm wide in front and 355mm in the back.

The show car is an M50i, powered by a 4.4-liter, twin-turbo V8 rated at 530 hp and 750 Nm of torque. Through various modifications, Lumma dials it up to 680 hp, leaving behind any other stock X7 and even the recently introduced X5 M.

The Lumma CLR X7 is still very much a work in progress now. The final package will debut in approximately six months. Prices will also be announced later. According to rumors, dedicated BMW tuner Alpina is also working on upgrading the X7. This remains to be confirmed, though.
