The
refreshed crossover SUV is already available for purchase in China and should
eventually reach other markets, too.
The
new Isuzu MU-X still utilizes the previous-gen Chevrolet Trailblazer platform
like its predecessor did, but sports new interior design and options. This
includes the latest Isuzu Connect infotainment system with a nine-inch
touchscreen display, a collision prevention system, and 360-degree cameras.
The
2020 update ships with a choice between two diesel engines: 1.9 TDI 150 hp and a 3.0 SDI 177 hp. The transmission can be five-speed
manual or six-speed automatic, and you can even choose between front and full
drive.
Prices
for the facelifted Isuzu MU-X in China start from 189,800 Yuan (US$ 27,000).
