General
Motors has only just introduced the new Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, but it
looks like both will be getting off-road-centric versions in the nearest
future.
According
to Bob Krapes, CMO of Chevrolet Trucks, the Z71 Special Edition will endow both
the Tahoe and the Suburban with numerous off-road features missing from the
standard spec. This will likely include new bumpers, height-adjustable air
suspension on both axles, and robust underchassis protection, although the
actual list remains to be revealed.
The
list goes on to include all-terrain tires, auxiliary off-road equipment, and
new ornamentations outside and inside the car.
