The rugged Ford Everest SUV is now more adventure-ready courtesy of a new BaseCamp Accessories Pack released in Australia and New Zealand. Available through Ford dealerships, BaseCamp accessories enhance the body-on-frame SUV’s versatility, practicality and overlanding abilities. Customers have the option of choosing a ready-to-go adventure package for their Ford Everest Trend 4WD model consisting of Ford Licenced Accessories, Genuine Ford Accessories and other selected components.

The pack includes features such as a 76-mm black Nudge Bar, Ford Genuine bonnet protector and snorkel, Ford Licensed LED light bar, black roof-mounted carry bars, Pioneer roof platform, and Genuine Sunseeker awning.

Rounding off the BaseCamp accessories package is a Ford Genuine Tow Bar rated at 3,000 kg with the 3.2-liter TDCi Duratorq five-cylinder turbo diesel and 3,100 kg with the 2.0-liter TDCi four-cylinder biturbo diesel. The accessories pack is priced at AUD 2,000 (US$ 1,355) including fitment at a Ford dealership, with the automaker claiming that it represents AUD 6,000 (US$ 4,060) of value.

Exclusive to Everest Trend, the new accessories pack complements the updated Everest lineup, which now includes five- and seven-seat options, a rear-wheel drive model, as well as the recently announced Ford Everest Sport for the MY20.
