Greek car aficionado and tuning expert
Spyros Panopoulos has revealed the first teaser images of the Chaos, an insane
3,000-horsepower hypercar.
Spyros Panopoulos Automotive is famous for
building the world’s most powerful Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution with a
2,000-horsepower engine under the hood. Today, however, the stakes
rise higher than ever. The Chaos packs a four-liter V10 engine available in two
forms: gasoline (around 2,000 hp) and E85 (around 3,000 hp). Both will ship
with the same dual-clutch automatic transmission and AWD system on board, with
35% of the momentum going to the front axle and 65% to the rear one.
The hypercar will zap
0-100 km/h in less than two seconds and max out at 500 km/h, the tuner claims. The cabin will be stripped of all physical buttons in
favor of a touch- and gesture-based interface.
The Chaos is slated for premiere at the
next year’s Geneva International Motor Show in Switzerland.
