Atelier Alpine, the French performance
brand’s personalization program, has taken a swing at Porsche’s Exclusive
Manufaktur by launching a wide selection of customization options for the A110.
Available here, the online tool allows the new sports car to be configured in
one of the 29 exterior shades that pay homage to the Alpine paint colors of the
past. Unless you fancy the way-too-common black, white or silver, the racing
heritage color palette has probably got you covered.
Once you’re done selecting the paint
color, you will have to decide whether the 18-inch wheels look better in
Vibrant Gold, Gloss White or Gloss Black, and if you want the brake calipers in
Light Grey, Yellow, Vibrant Gold or Red.
Each car customized by Atelier Alpine’s
skilled operators in a dedicated zone located in the Dieppe factory, France,
close to the assembly line of the modern sports car, will feature a numbered
plaque that will tell enthusiasts that they’re sitting in a personalized A110.
In production since 2017, the modern A110
is offered in the Legende, Pure and A110S specs. All of them feature the
1.8-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine placed behind the seats, which is
shared with the latest Renault Megane RS lineup. In the range-topping A110S,
the power plant churns out 292 PS and 320 Nm of
torque, directed to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic
transmission.
The car tips the scales at 1,114 kg, sprints to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds and maxes out at 260 km/h. French pricing starts at € 57,000 (US$ 61,575) for the Pure, € 61,000
(US$ 65,895) for the Legende, and € 67,900 (US$ 73,350) for the S.
