In addition to bumping up prices for the
2021 Chevrolet Colorado, it has emerged the pickup will be available with three
new packages for the 2021 model year, GM Authority reports. The first and most
simple package coming to the 2021 Colorado is the WT Appearance Package which
will be available for the Work Truck 4×2 and 4×4 variants and adds body-color
door handles and mirrors. This appearance package will only be available on
fleet or government order types.
Also coming for 2021 is the Chevrolet
Colorado Custom Special Edition that will also be available on both Work Truck
variants as well those with the 2.5-liter inline-four and 3.6-liter DOHC V6
engines. This package includes a body-color grille, 18 x 8.5-inch Dark Argent
Metallic cast-aluminum wheels, 265/60R18 all-season tires, body-color rear
bumper, and body-color door handles and mirrors.
The Chrome Appearance Package is the third
new package set to appear on the 2021 Colorado and will be offered with LT 4×2
and 4×4 versions, offering a chrome front grille, heated and power-adjustable
manual-folding mirrors with chrome mirror caps, chrome door handles, a chrome
rear bumper, and chrome beltline molding. No pricing details or images of these
new packages are available as of yet.
The 2021 Chevrolet Colorado will also be
updated with a slightly redesigned front end, new graphics, and other smaller
changes in its range. A number of packages from the 2020 model year will
continue to be available in the latest model. These include the Redline Special
Edition that has a number of black parts like the bowtie and grille as well as
18-inch wheels, assist steps and red recovery hooks. Other carryover packages
include the Colorado Z71 Midnight Edition, Colorado ZR2 Bison Edition, Colorado
ZR2 Dusk Special Edition, and the Colorado ZR2 Midnight Special Edition.
