Tuning company Pogea Racing has unveiled a tuned version of the McLaren 570S packing the kind of performance to leave the 600LT for dead. Fittingly dubbed the ‘666S’, the vehicle’s 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 benefits from a new exhaust system while Pogea has also tweaked the ECU, helping it to deliver 666 PS. That’s almost 100 hp more than a typical 570S and 65 hp more than the 600LT.

Torque has also jumped from 619 Nm to 800 Nm, matching the torque figure of the McLaren Senna. This has a profound impact on the car’s performance. Pogea claims it will hit 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, 200 km/h in 7.9 seconds and continue through to a top speed of 333 km/h.

Complementing the engine modifications are a host of other upgrades. For example, the McLaren 666S rolls on new KW V3 coilovers and has Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires for added grip. It also features a set of unique 20-inch wheels. One particularly impressive aspect of the 666S is that the exhaust system is compliant with Euro6 and TUV regulations, not something that can be said with all aftermarket exhaust systems. It also features variable valves and improved heat insulation to reduce engine temperatures.

Any McLaren 570S owners looking to get the Pogea Racing upgrades as a package can do so for € 11,000 (US$ 12,527), including VAT. While it remains unconfirmed, we presume shoppers will also be able to buy certain parts individually.
