We’ve shown you multiple projects courtesy
of Sterckenn where they’ve taken a BMW model (both regular and M), adding
several carbon fiber elements such as a new front splitter or a rear diffuser.
Now, the Polish tuner has turned its attention to a BMW SUV for the first time
and it’s the latest X3 M that just received its brand new carbon fiber front
splitter for a touch more style and aerodynamic performance. The splitter can
be applied to the X4 M too, of course.
The new splitter is made out of three
components in order to allow customers to easily replace scratched elements
instead of ordering a brand new set. The splitter, which is sold worldwide
through dealers in Europe, USA, Japan, Korea and Australia, is built from
pre-impregnated carbon fiber, offering a high quality fit without interfering
with the crossover’s design in a very intrusive way.
Making the jump from BMW saloons and
coupes to crossovers is a clever move by Streckenn, seen as how the latter have
grown increasingly popular, and the X3 M itself is one of BMW’s most successful
M-cars.
