Made by Benchmark Vehicles, the Leithaus motorhome is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at heart. The mods make it cost US$ 275,000, but be prepared to wait a year or more for your copy to ship due to the sheer number of pre-orders.
The campervan boasts heat-insulating
windows, a central heating system, tables, a stove, a sink, a shower cabin with
a WC, a fridge, a foldable sofa, and sleeping areas for four people. Solar
panels and a compact-sized generator supply it with the necessary power.
The exterior enjoys its fair share of
upgrades, too, including protected bumpers, bike racks, a roof that you can
raise and lower at will, and a convenient access step.
