The next-gen Toyota Land Cruiser is running its pre-production tests before the debut next spring, and here is its first spy pic allegedly made somewhere in Japan.
The car is buried under such a thick layer
of camo, only the glass at the front and the exhaust tips at the rear are
visible. It is official that the new Land Cruiser will switch to the TNGA
platform and tech, become larger and ditch its body-on-frame formula. The
4.6-liter V8 will most probably be replaced with a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6
rated at 415 PS. A single diesel engine and a hybrid
powertrain rated at 480 PS are also expected.
