According to Changan, its UNI-K crossover SUV will become available in China on Tuesday, March 23. The car looks little different from its concept version shown last year, except for headlights and certain interior features.
Prices start from 157,900 Chinese Yuan
(US$ 24,260) for a front-wheel-drive spec. This one comes equipped with a 2.0L
turbo four-cylinder rated at 233 PS and 390 Nm of
torque and an eight-speed auto transmission. AWD will be reserved to top trim
levels.
The base trim includes LED headlights and
an infotainment system with face recognition, gesture control support and
augmented reality. Also on board are a Sony speaker set and a drowsiness alert
system.
