It has been 20 years since the Mazda6 debuted on the market, and the manufacturer chose to celebrate by giving both the sedan and the wagon a major facelift along with a limited anniversary edition.
The turbo diesel the car comes equipped
with has received ECU tweaks that led to a 10-horsepower power bump for a total
of 200 PS. The peak torque remained the same, but is now
available starting from 4,000 RPM. Wireless Apple CarPlay integration has been
added, and you can now order your car in new shades of white and golden with a
blue leather cabin trim.
As for the Mazda6 20th Anniversary Edition
featured in the gallery, it takes advantage of exclusive 19-inch wheels, a
radiator grille with a silver finish, an exterior in either Artisan Red or
Rhodium White, and a two-tone interior
