The all-electric Zeekr 001 liftback will soon be obtainable in a new special edition called Safari. It will come bundled with a large 140-kWh traction battery yielding up to 1,032 km of CLTC-rated driving range. Only 1,000 units will be made. In its entry spec, the Safari will make do with a single electric motor rated at 272 PS. The top version will pack dual motor and 544 PS, reducing the sprint time to just 3.8 seconds.
Those who would like to obtain the Safari
with a smaller battery will have two options: 86 and 100 kilowatt-hours. The
respective ranges as reported by the manufacturer are 546 and 741 kilometers.
Inside, the electric liftback has an
8.8-inch digital dashboard and a 14.7-inch infotainment system touchscreen. The
Zeekr 001 Safari will be sold exclusively in China.
