This week has been a blast for Ford Bronco fans. First, the company debuted the Raptor variant of the SUV powered by a 3.0L V6 rated at 400 hp, and now, a nicely customized Bronco Badlands showed up online.
Rabid Customs, a tuner based near Columbus, Ohio, came up
with the styling. It invited The Tint Lab to participate in the project, which
came up with vintage-themed vinyl accents in yellow and orange near the fenders
and side skirts. “Rabid Offroad” stickers appeared on the rear fenders, and the
suspension received a considerable lift.
Pro Comp wheels fill out the arches shod in BFGoodrich
tires. Chrome Bronco badges on the front fenders round off the stylish retro
look. Rabid Customs did not reveal any pricing details, but you could probably
come up with a styling kit of your own based on the aesthetic.
