2018 Lexus LS (render)
New information has come out of Europe in regard to
Lexus’ flagship saloon, the next-gen LS, as well as its high-performance LS F. The new LS will likely feature a more aggressive look
for its headlights and front end, new downsized 3.0- and 3.5-liter V6 engines,
and a new hybrid model for its lineup.
The rendering image we have received is for the LS F,
its most likely top-of-the-line model. For the powertrain, it is said that
Lexus will offer a 5.0-liter V8 twin turbo engine with 620 horsepower. The front bumper comes with air ducts that
provide exceptional engine cooling and the rear sports an exclusive spoiler and
quad exhausts. The LS F also offers an aero kit that generates stable rides
even at high-speed zones of over 300 km/h.
The interior will likely offer premium sport seats
exclusively for the F trim and a sporty look for the steering wheel and
instrument panel. The LS F, which concentrates Lexus’ latest technology, will
be unveiled in 2018. It is expected that this top-of-the-line luxury sedan will
be priced at 20 million yen.
