Chery Tiggo 2 is betting on the Chinese brand to have better days in Brazil. The SUV will be competing for the Honda WR-V and the compatriot JAC T3. Tiggo 2 will be the third product of the Chinese brand to be produced at the brand's factory in Jacareí (SP). The launch should occur in the coming months.

Prototypes of the model were spotted in the test by readers Fabio Bordon and Renato Zambelli has tests in the interior of São Paulo. The Tiggo 2 uses the same Celer platform, but the SUV has its own design.


The Tiggo 2 is equipped with a 1.5 VVT engine associated with the five-speed manual gearbox. The Flex propeller delivers 113 hp of power and 15.5 kgfm of torque.

The Tiggo 2 will come equipped with side and front airbags, ABS brakes with EBD, stability control (ESP), power steering, air conditioning, electric trio, sunroof, Chery I-Connect system (multimedia with connectivity) Lightweight diamond, parking sensor, among others.
