Ford introduced the 2020 F-Series Super Duty earlier
this year and now the automaker has announced plans to bring five modified
models to SEMA. The first truck is an F-250 Super Duty Tremor which features a 2-inch
lift kit and 35-inch Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires. The model also sports a limited-slip front
differential and a locking rear differential.
Other highlights include a Warn winch, side steps
and a spray-in bedliner. There’s also an LED light bar, a chase rack and bed
ramps.
DeBerti Design F-450 Super Duty Platinum Crew Cab
The F-450 Super Duty Platinum Crew Cab is more
expensive than many luxury cars and DeBerti Design decided to give it an
appearance worthy of its US$ 75,000+ price tag. As part of the makeover, the
company installed a “plethora of Rigid LED lights” and 22-inch American Force
wheels that are wrapped in 37-inch Toyo tires. The model also features a
pull-out bumper drawer, a dual pull-out fender/cabinet and a console vault from
Ford Accessories.
BDS Suspension F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab XLT
On the off-road side of things, BDS Suspension built
a custom F-350 dubbed “Go Beyond.” It features a 4-inch lift as well as Fox
coilovers and shocks. The wheel openings have also been enlarged to accommodate
massive 40-inch Mickey Thompson tires that are mounted on 20-inch Method Race
wheels.
Elsewhere, designers installed an Addictive Desert
Designs front bumper, a Warn winch and Rigid LED lights. There’s also an
aluminum service box which features a hard-shell tent, a refrigerator and
two-burner gas grill. The storage unit also houses an aluminum table and
camping chairs.
CGS Performance Products F-250 Super Duty Tremor
Crew Cab with Black Appearance Package
The CGS Performance F-250 is less extreme as it
features minor styling changes including a custom paint job. The truck has also
been equipped with an LED lightbar and a Retrax PowerTraxPro MX bed cover. Rounding out the highlights are a
Sportliner carpet kit and 20-inch wheels that are wrapped in 37-inch General
tires.
LGE-CTS Motorsports Baja Forged Ford F-250 Super
Duty Crew Cab XLT
The final build comes from LGE-CTS Motorsports and
it’s billed as a “Swiss army knife for the modern adventurer.” Part of this can
be chalked up to the decision to replace the standard bed with a Pronghorn
modular utility flatbed which has been paired with custom rear canopy.
The truck also has new front fenders, a revised
bumper and a roof rack with integrated LED lights. Other upgrades include a
4.5-inch lift kit and 18-inch wheels shod in 37-inch BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A
tires. Rounding out the changes are a Warn winch, a refrigerator / freezer and
a Tepui rooftop tent.
