The gas-powered Ford Mustang and the all-electric SUV Mustang Mach-E will soon be available to pre-order in Ice White Edition, the first limited series that extends to both modern ‘Mustang’ models. If you suspect that you have already seen it somewhere, look no further than the 1992 Vibrant White Mustang LX 5.0 Limited Edition Convertible. The car nicknamed ‘Triple White Fox’ went on sale with white exterior, interior and roof. A total of 1,500 units were produced, including 1,056 automatic and 444 manual. A 4.9-liter V8 under the hood propelled the exotic with 208 PS and 373 Nm of torque.

Back to the present day, though. The muscle car will be obtainable in a finish called Oxford White, which will cover the entire body, the Mustang badge, the other badges, and the wheels. Crack open the door to see black and white leather with white stitching and aluminum décor.  In turn, the battery SUV will get a similar, but not identical finish dubbed Star White. It will combine an off-white exterior with grey upholstery and black accents. Pre-ordering will open along with the start of the model year 2022.

This would not be the first time the Mustang gets an unusual paintjob. In addition to the Triple White Fox mentioned above, the car had red, green and yellow special editions back in the time.
